PurchaseOrderLineItemType
Kind of a purchase-order line item. Only FreePosition and Item appear in lineItems; ShippingSurcharge, Discount and SmallQuantitySurcharge are excluded and appear under allowancesAndCharges instead. The create path only ever produces Item positions.

FREE_POSITION
A free-text position without a linked article (e.g. freight costs entered by hand).
ITEM
An ordered article — the regular case, and the only kind the create path produces.
SHIPPING_SURCHARGE
A shipping surcharge. No longer appears in lineItems — see allowancesAndCharges.FreightCharge.
DISCOUNT
A discount. No longer appears in lineItems — see allowancesAndCharges.Discount.
SMALL_QUANTITY_SURCHARGE
A small-quantity surcharge. No longer appears in lineItems — see allowancesAndCharges.MinimumQuantitySurcharge.
