Changes a dunning level. Only the properties that are sent change. Notices that were already issued keep the values they were issued with. The scope and the level number cannot be changed. Renaming a level changes which output templates are used for its dunning letters. - Request

The new yearly interest rate in percent, 0 to 100.
idempotencyKey

Client-supplied idempotency key. When provided, a repeated request with the same key and payload replays the original result instead of re-executing the mutation.
