languages
object[]
required

The complete desired set of languages for the shop. Any language currently assigned but not contained in this list is unassigned. Must contain at least one entry, exactly one of which is marked as the default.

Response

Successfully replaced the shop languages. Returns the resulting assignments with their canonical codes and resolved language names.

Replaces the complete set of languages assigned to a shop. The request describes the desired state: listed languages are assigned, all others are unassigned. The call is idempotent, so it is safe to retry. The list must not be empty, and exactly one language must be marked as default. Codes are case-insensitive and returned in lowercase; languages without an ISO 639-1 code cannot be assigned. Unlike the customer groups on the same shop, this command never answers 409; there is no replacement concept for a removed language. Returns the resulting assignments. Concurrency: last write wins; concurrent calls for the same shop overwrite each other without a conflict error. Side effect: the change is queued for synchronization to the shop. If queuing fails, the assignments are already saved but an error is returned; repeat the call to recover. - Response

languages

required

The persisted language assignments, in the order submitted, with each code normalized to its canonical lowercase form and its names resolved from JTL-Wawi's language master data. "IsAssigned" is true on every entry; this list is the assignment set, not the catalogue returned by "GET /v2/sales-channels/{salesChannelId}/shop/languages" or "QueryShopLanguages".
