PaymentAccountImportRunState
The state of a fetch of transactions for a payment account. A closed set.

QUEUED
Accepted, not started yet.
RUNNING
Fetching.
COMPLETED
Finished without errors.
COMPLETED_WITH_ERRORS
Finished, but some transactions or steps failed; 'message' tells which.
FAILED
Stopped by an error, for example invalid credentials, a confirmation the bank asked for, or another fetch that was running. When the bank asked for a confirmation or the credentials are invalid, the ERP also locks the automatic import of the account ('isAutoImportLocked').
