PaymentTransactionImportOutcome
What the import of one transaction did. A client that does not know a value reads the transaction with ‘GetPaymentTransaction’ when ‘paymentTransactionId’ is set, and treats it as not saved otherwise.

The transaction was new and was saved.
A transaction with the same ID existed in the account and was updated.
A transaction with the same ID exists, but the delivered data was dropped (amount 0, an import filter that excludes it, or a booking date on or before the import cutoff date of the account); the saved transaction is unchanged.
The transaction was new but was not saved: the amount is 0, an import filter excludes it, a workflow refused it, or it was booked on or before the import cutoff date of the account.
The transaction was new and was saved, but an import filter or a workflow ignored it ('isIgnored').
