Assigns a resource to a resource group. The resource must belong to the resource category of the resource group. Errors: RESOURCE_GROUP_NOT_FOUND (the resource group was not found); RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND (the resource was not found); RESOURCE_CATEGORY_MISMATCH (the resource belongs to another resource category than the resource group); RESOURCE_GROUP_RESOURCE_ALREADY_ASSIGNED (the resource is already assigned to the resource group). - Request
