Sets the texts of a manufacturer in one language and creates them if the language has none yet. The texts of one language are one object: a property that is omitted or null is removed. Other languages stay as they are. Errors: errorCode is MANUFACTURER_NOT_FOUND (no manufacturer has this ID), MANUFACTURER_LANGUAGE_NOT_FOUND (the language is unknown or not active). - Request

The ID of the manufacturer whose texts are written.
The language of the texts as BCP 47 tag, for example 'de' or 'de-AT'. Case does not matter on input; the output uses the canonical form (language lower case, region upper case).
