Creates a new regular item and adds it as a combination of the variation parent. The new item takes over the categories of the parent; categories cannot be sent, because a combination has none of its own. - Request

The ID of the item.
The item number of the new item, unique among all items.
The name of the new item in the default language.
The chosen value for every axis, one per axis. The set has to be new.
Free-text variations of the combination itself, in addition to those of its parent, which it shows anyway. Omitted means none.
Suppresses the automatic workflow triggers of this call. Defaults to false when omitted.
Client-supplied idempotency key. When provided, a repeated request with the same key and payload replays the original result instead of re-executing the mutation.
