The ID of the custom field. Fails with CustomFieldNotFound, or CustomFieldNotForSalesOrderLineItems when it is not a field for line items.

The value. Its type has to match the data type of the field, else SalesOrderCustomFieldValueTypeMismatch.
disableAutomaticWorkflows
Boolean
Suppresses the automatic workflow triggers of this call. Defaults to false when omitted.
