RestockSuggestionDemandSettingsChangesInput
What counts as open demand: which open sales orders, and which other requests. When no payment state is chosen at all, no open sales order counts. The payment, on-hold and due-date choices apply to stock transfers counted as demand as well. Only the settings that are sent change; sending null clears a setting that can be empty.
