SendRefundCommandRequestInput
Sends a pending or failed refund to the payment provider or the bank. The response tells whether it was accepted (‘Sent’) or refused (‘Failed’, with the message of the provider); a refusal is a result, not an error of the call, and the refund can be changed and sent again. Payment accounts that need an interactive confirmation, for example a TAN for online banking, cannot send from here. Errors: REFUND_NOT_FOUND (the refund was not found); REFUND_ALREADY_SENT (the refund was sent or confirmed already); REFUND_SENDING_IN_PROGRESS (another payment reconciliation process (sending refunds or fetching transactions) is running right now; try again later); PAYMENT_ACCOUNT_REQUIRES_INTERACTION (the payment account needs an interactive confirmation to send). - Request
