CombinationProposal
One possible combination of a variation parent: one value per axis. The list of proposals is the cartesian product of the values of all axes. Sku and name are suggestions; the list can be sent back to create the combinations after removing ‘alreadyExists’.

Suggested name: the name of the parent followed by the names of the values.

The value on every axis of the parent, one per axis.
alreadyExists
Boolean!
Whether the parent has this combination already. Such a proposal is refused when it is sent back.
