ConvertPriceInquiryToPurchaseOrderCommandResponse
Creates a purchase order from a price inquiry: header, addresses and the item and custom lines with the prices that were entered. The order keeps the currency, exchange rate and language of the price inquiry, so the entered prices stay in that currency; its requested delivery date is today plus the supplier’s delivery time, or plus 14 days when the supplier has none. Allowances and charges of the price inquiry are not taken over. The order gets a number from the number range of purchase orders and starts as ‘Open’ when the ERP requires purchase orders to be released, else as ‘Released’; the ERP adds the allowances and charges of the supplier as for every order. The order does not remember the price inquiry, and the price inquiry stays unless ‘deletePriceInquiry’ is set. Raises the workflow event ‘created’ of the new purchase order (and ‘changed’ and ‘released’ as ‘CreatePurchaseOrder’ does). Available in GraphQL only. Errors arrive as GraphQL errors with the code in ‘extensions.code’; a refusal because of the current state also lists every reason in ‘extensions.blockers’. Codes: PRICE_INQUIRY_NOT_FOUND (the price inquiry was not found); SUPPLIER_INACTIVE (the supplier is not active); WAREHOUSE_REQUIRED (the price inquiry has no warehouse and the supplier has no default warehouse); WAREHOUSE_NOT_USABLE (the warehouse of the price inquiry is inactive or a drop shipping target); - Response
