Stable key of the action in UPPER_SNAKE. Known keys: UPDATE (change the shipping method, the expected delivery date or the note), CREATE_LINE_ITEM, UPDATE_LINE_ITEM, DELETE_LINE_ITEM, TO_TRANSIT (ship the items into the transit warehouse), FROM_TRANSIT (receive items in the target warehouse), WRITE_OFF_TRANSIT (write off the quantities still in transit and complete the stock transfer), CANCEL (cancel before shipping). New keys can be added; a client that does not know a key ignores the entry.
