PaymentTransactionActionAvailability
Whether one action is allowed for a payment transaction. The action is a key, not an enum, because the list of actions can grow without a change of the schema. Keys today: AssignToSalesOrder, AssignToSalesInvoice, Unassign, AutoAssign, Ignore, Unignore, Update, RefundRemainder.
