OnHoldReason
A reason for holding back a sales order. Any on-hold reason makes the order not deliverable until the reason is removed from it; the reason itself decides whether the order may be merged with others and whether its items count for the purchase list. The model serves list and detail alike.

Whether orders that carry this reason may be merged with other orders of the same customer.

Boolean!
